Antiaging food involves daily nutrition to slow the aging process. Poor food choices is a building block for perpetuating inflammation and increasing blood sugar, which accelerate the aging process.
Protein is a key way to help maintain blood sugar levels and curb hunger. Not all protein is created equal. Animal protein (meat, milk, etc.) is high in absorbable iron, a major carcinogen that can trigger massive amounts of free radicals and inflammation. If you are a meat lover and chose not to limit your animal protein intake, at least eat veggies (raw at best or at least steamed). The veggies will dramatically reduced the iron absorbtion.
