7 Sexy Secrets to Holistic Health Healing & Anti-Aging


Diet is a given for me when it comes to maintaining my health and vitality. I feed my body live whole foods. I would say close to 70% of my diet is organic raw foods. Remember, you are what you eat. These are my other 7 Sexy Side of Secrets that keeps the MadSexy on her game:


1. Water: An excellent equation for your water intake is ½ your body weight in ounces a day Also, all water is not alike. I prefer to drink alkaline water as it supports my immune system, helping to ward off viral infections and dis-ease. You would be amazed at how many of the so called premium bottled waters are full of chemicals and truth be told, just as acidic as some of the sodas. Acid water is good for something though. It is great as an astringent for your skin.


When it comes to the shower and bathing, tap water has a lot of chlorine in it, which can be very compromising to the immune system I have a water filter on my shower head and I use a chlorine ball in my bathtub water. It helps to draw up to 98% of the chlorine out of the water leaving me with just the water I need to soak my body.


2. Movement: Exercise will keep your body limber and create a tight, svelte muscle tone I weight train with my trainer at least 3 days a week. I do my cardio exercise no less than 5 days a week. Getting my heart rate up helps me maintain my agility and alertness. Also the sweat is good for my body as well as my skin. The skin is the largest elimination organ. When the body sweats it is able to release waste and toxicity. Not only that, sweating brings the natural oils to surface giving my complexion a beautiful glow, even when I’m not sweating.


3. Juice Fasting: The digestive tract is a beast and it uses up the most energy in the body when it has to break down food to nourish the बॉडी. Fasting gives my body a rest and I find it very clearing for my head as well.


4. Internal Cleansing: Ok, so you may think I have a fixation with cleansing Well, you could possibly be correct. What I am certain of is that colon detoxification can immediately provide relief on the reproductive systems (Men: Prostate / Women: Cervix, Ovaries). So many take time to lather-up and bath their skin, but they will do little, if anything to bathe the inside of their body. Trust me when I tell you, your insides see more toxicity than your outside. Sickness, dis-ease and aging begin from the inside out, not the outside in. I choose colon hydrotherapy to cleanse my body and keep my health and vitality in balance. Water in, waste and toxicity out.


5. Supplement / Nutriceuticals: Omegas / Probiotics / Antioxidants / Digestive Enzymes / Fiber / Calcium Magnesium – this is my regimen of supplements to keep my vital and alert I am very particular about the brand of supplements I use as not all supplements / nutriceuticals are made alike. There is a reason Walmart supplements are cheaper than Whole Foods. Why throw your money away. Just remember, you get what you pay for.


6. Read: When you know everything, you stagnate your growth. Learn to understand something anew daily Reading – heck, any kind of learning will keep your mind and your spirit growing. Personally, I hope to never get to a point that I know everything. Eternal / internal growth is the key to agelessness.


7. Wealth: This is not just about financial wealth, although that is a major cornerstone in attaining and maintaining your Sexy Side. Your wealth is truly in your health and you can afford to have your health when you are creating and building your wealth. Some people live their lives building their financial wealth and then spend their wealth on trying to regain their physical health. There is a balance. You can chose to work hard or you can leverage and chose to work smart.
