Hey there Friends,

It has been a moment since we have connected. I have been on a bit of a hiatus, dibbling and dabbling in the realms of unconscious living for about 2.5 months and I have to tell you that I am paying the piper for it. OK... LESSON LEARNED.... AGAIN!

Coming back however, I have discovered quite a bit about myself, hence the retitle of my blog page. There is still much to share about my journey of how I overcame cervical cancer, and much of it has to do with my personal development.

It is my belief that cancer is a dis-ease of emotion (e-motion / energy - in motion) and it is through my authentic journey that I want to share this.
